SLW's Student Ministry offers a fun, laid-back atmosphere including food, games, concerts, and plenty of time to hang out with friends...all while experiencing relevant, life-altering teaching. At SLW church, students can come and connect with others, and most importantly, explore what a dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ looks like!
We are excited about how God is moving in our Rooted Youth Ministry and all of the amazing changes that have happened over the summer.

DEEPEN SMALL GROUPS ~ We have 2 small groups (one for our young guys and another for the young ladies) that meet once a month. One group will meet in the Rooted Youth Café while the other will meet in the small group room. This happens on the 4th Sunday of every month right after service until noon.
INSIGHT ~ "Students helping each other SEE God‘s Word clearly." This group meets one Sunday morning a month during the sermon portion of service. The Sunday in which they meet alternates between the second and third Sunday to allow students who are serving a chance to attend. The topic for this will be from the sermon the week prior to meeting and how students can take what they are hearing and apply it to their everyday lives.
SERVE ~ Students will PUT God’s word into action by tangibly working together for the good of others. SERVE is scheduled once every other month. Please see the events page for dates and times.
LINK ~ While learning and growing in Christ is super important to us and our ministry it is also very important to grow together in relationship with each other. We build in nights of fun that will either take place at the church or off site at various locations. This will happen once every other month on the opposite month from SERVE. Please see the events page for dates and times.
